Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship only to the United States.

Shipping cost

All shipments on our site are free and no extra charge. This is except if it is a large-scale, bulk or unusual product and you will be notified immediately upon ordering. Again we emphasize that these are exceptional and isolated cases.

 How soon can I get my order?

All items that are in stock will be shipped next business day. Some of the products are shipped from USA and some them are shipped from China.

Products that are shipped from USA will reach to you 15 days max.

Products that are shipped from China will reach to you 40 days max.

You will find "Shipping From USA" logo at the product page header.

In any case the product has not reached you within 35 working days, please email us at info@glicha.com including your order number to review the status of your order.

Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Please pay attention that the details written on the parcel may contain a product price that is much lower than the price you paid for it. It is for customs reason only.

 Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use it to track your order on the courier’s website. If you are registered with us, you can also see your previous orders by signing into your account.

Are there any extra costs (taxes, duties, customs etc.) I have to pay in addition to the prices shown in your webshop?

Except for the exception of GST, all product prices displayed are exclusive of all other taxes and duties. Glicha does not determine or collect these fees. As the recipient, you are liable for all other import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Glicha is not responsible for potential import duties and local taxes and we cannot refund any orders that are returned to us due to non-payment of duty.
